Involved in taking care of all types of musculoskeletal problems and management of locomotor disability. Concerned with designing, fabricating and fitting of total contact low weight thermoplastic orthosis and prosthesis (Jaipur foot).

EXPERIENCE

  •  Remained associated with Late Dr. P.K Sethi for nearly 12 years. 
  • Also worked in various research projects with him, sponsored by Department Science & Technology, Government of India for design and development of low weight thermoplastic rehabilitation aids and Jaipur foot. 
  • Organized and conducted training programme for Doctors and Rehabilitation technicians from Vietnam, Bangladesh, Mozambique, Angola etc.

       

Lecture and Presentations

Participated as faculty member in various national and international scientific programs and delivered lectures and arrange demonstration workshops for Jaipur Rehabilitation Technology.

  1. Research paper published in National Index Journal – Indian Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation entitled “Supracondylar osteotomy for correction of post polio deformity at knee joint” in Volume no. 6 April 1993 (Page No. 9 to 12).
  2. Research paper accepted for publication in India Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation entitled “Follow up study of Rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients rehabilitated in rehabilitation research centre” from the 1984 to 1993).
